  • Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

Shipping Rates & Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
  • Free shipping may be available on select items or for orders over a specified amount.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check email for tracking number. If the tracking number is broken please contact us at (Hugepullz@gmail.com).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs processing.
  • If you contact us for broken tracking number we will investigate your order to verify Order validity. ALL SALES AFTER MARKED SHIPPED ARE FINAL.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for lost shipments, and Late cancelations.

Returns & Refunds

  • You are buying the card, or pack listed and shown. No refunds or Returns After Item has Shipped.
  • All listings Show What your purchasing in the Pictures along with the Detailed Description. 
  • Make Sure the Item you want is the One your Purchasing. All sales after shipping are final.
